Register for Nature Time Oakland

Ready to register for Forest School or Seasonal Camp? Please follow all the steps below to complete enrollment.

Please note, if you are already a student with us and would like to adjust your schedule or tuition, we ask for a 30 day notice for us to confirm your changes. This allows us to bring in another student if possible.

Step 1. Fill out the Application Form

Complete one application form per child.

Please note: To ensure your child is fully enrolled, you’ll also need to complete the next steps below.

2025/2026 Forest School Application

Registration is currently closed for Summer Camp 2025. Check back later for Autumn Camp 2025!

Step 2. Complete the Sliding Scale Tuition Form

View tuition rates in the tuition form. We offer sliding scale tuition and payment plans to help make childcare accessible for all families.

Please complete this form even if you plan to pay the full tuition amount.

The amount you select helps us plan for teacher ratios, materials, and other program needs.

Step 3. Submit payment

After completing the tuition form, send your self-selected tuition amount via:

  • Venmo: @naturetimeoakland

  • Zelle: naturetimeoakland@gmail.com

If you’ve requested a payment plan or additional tuition assistance, wait to hear back from us before sending payment.

You’re enrolled!

Once you’ve:

  1. Submitted the application form

  2. Completed the tuition form

  3. Sent your payment

…your spot is confirmed! Look out for our welcome email (and check your spam folder, just in case). We are happy answer any questions along the way.
